Born in The Bronx and raised in Miami, Angelina Bastidas loved to cook at an early age. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, she honed her skills in a number of Miami’s top dining destinations, including Wish, Palme d’Or and Tongue & Cheek. In 2014, she was selected as one of Zagat Miami’s 30 under 30 Rock Stars Redefining the Industry.
Angelina sparked her move to Chicago in 2016 after competing on Bravo's Top Chef Season 13, where she continues her culinary career providing whimsical, sophisticated, and innovative cuisine, utilizing seasonal, local ingredients.
Throughout the years, Angelina has done consulting and R&D for restaurants and hotels in the Northeast, Midwest and West Coast. She now focuses on Tournant, invariably providing unique culinary experiences at the dinner table.
